Cancellation Policy: 

 

Four to Six Weeks prior to trip:                          100% Refund

Two to Four weeks prior to trip:                         50% Refund

Less than two weeks prior to trip:                       0% Refund

What your payment includes:  Transportation from Nashville area, food while camping, use of camping/hiking equipment and campsite or cabin fees.  Upon receipt of your registration and payment, we will send you a list of what you need to bring (boots, clothing, etc.). If a trip must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, etc.) we will reschedule the trip or issue a refund.
